my criminal case is being dismiss tomorrow but the agreement was if I sign another protective order for 2 more years (the one I had expired last week it was for 1 year) they will dismiss case based on insufficient evidence?? does that make sense.
Ex wife is the one pushing this protectove orders with the DA, which honestly she is stupid because we have NO intention what so ever to see does children, my husband gave up his rights and duties already so what else does she want, keep controlling our lives???
well I am talking with my atty tomorrow before all of this is sign b/c I don't want the witch to come back every two years doing this shit.
