and I wonder how many have had default judgements, are unable to pay do to illness or injusry, or want to pay but simply can't afford the amounts...mom or dad.
I think the issue of dead beat is such a sound bite...it gets a rise out of people.
We have been down the SPO road so long and it does not work in most cases...
