Dump the caffine,it will only add to your anxiety. Jump on green and white teas instead. Start taking a B complex vitamin. Drink and abundance of water. Force yourself to start eating salads with a dash of meat & cheese on them. (stress makes me eat lots of junk - avoiding that is best) And take 10 minutes to get a chair massage...today! Then you throw on your IPOD and walk, walk, walk, & sing along! Remember, stress depletes vitamins. Physical activity and fresh air will balance out your stress-induced chemical imbalances.
I'd say meet a good friend for a drink, but the alcohol won't help, right now. A valium would chill you out physically, but it's only temporary. Stay away from the news channels. Get some quiet time & sink your teeth into a book.
