Why would his attorney file in MO? Doesn't it sound like his attorney doesn't know what he is doing and is wasting money? LOL He said that his attorney said it would be in MO as we have lived most of our marriage in MO. They have tried to have me served at the wrong address and paid the filing fees twice as well.
