At one point, there were allegations against ME. I watched and told my husband what to do. Those allegations were unfounded. I don't understand how one can be founded and one unfounded, in the same situation.
The psych evals were fine. My husband is not perfect. His mother was extremely neglectful. He has anger issues (NEVER abusive). It did not indicate child abuse or molestation as factors though. The forensic evals were useless to us. One substantiated the claims she made against my husband, and the other never indicated anything. Wouldn't really talk about it.
All in all, the allegations were "founded" because the oldest who was 5 at the time was "consistent" and "graphic" (She detailed things about human anatomy that was unusual - probably because of the forensic nurses that examined her.) She not only was consistent, but claimed she saw the abuse on her sister.
CPS didn't know those people like we did. They would lie, cheat, or stab you in the back at a moments notice. They've never consistenly paid rent and thus have nearly $30,000 garnishments for several debts.
It's amazing how in your case, when something needed to be done, nothing was. But in ours, they couldn't see past protecting their own agency when they should have been removing the children from being brainwashed and alienated.
