Mom has moved 4 x's in 2 1/4 years. 3 Moves with no notice. 2nd school in 2 years. 6 different after school places. Registered child at school under different last name (I have school records to validate). No heat in house winter 2005, used space heaters. Filed false allegation of child abuse, dismissed by investigators. Refused to participate in Sports, Soccer and Tee ball while with her (wrote e-mail "I did not commit so child will not be there". House fire saled due to foreclosure, forced to move. School district Houston ISD struggles to meet standards of state. 7 Child sex offenders within 1 mile radius of house.Interfered with parenting schedule, several police reports to document. Child was seen by 2 different doctors for urination problem (15-20 times a day). One doctor (hers) says it is a natural stage for this age. Other doctor, one he has seen since birth alluded to stres. I then told her about the custody issue, different schools, moving and she wrote in the file that is was probably due to stress.
For me, Exemplary school district, school is exemplary. I have been in same place for almost 3 years. Child resides with me 55% of the time. Stable, able to provide better environment (my opinion).
