They say they will agree to a geo restriction to son's current school district. My attorney asked if I would take it as I offered it in mediation. I said that was then.,..but with ex's recent move (number 4) in 2 years I felt my case was stronger than ever.

I spoke with my attorney that handled the issue when son was born...she was still married and I did not know. Then, ooops, a baby. Anyways, he is a friend of the family and I ran the facts by him. He agreed I had a strong case, no guarantee but he said it sounded like something he will feel good about going into court with.

So they make a piss ant offer that I laughed at, and another attorney saying is was a pretty decent case, I am feeling good for a Friday.

Maybe they will make a better offer next week
