So, my DH was injured in March, 07. I had posted here about that. CS has NO MERCY for those that fall ill and cannot work, unless they are on Social Security!! We had thought, for some time, that his CS worker was going to work with us to deviate the 6 mos he was off of work, but NO they cannot do that, apparently. Now, he goes back to work on Monday after breaking bones in his body, trying to do the right thing by contacting CS, and what do we get in the mail today:::: A letter from DHS stating the arrears that need to be taken out.
Is there any help for this situation?? I am at a loss, they have just upped the anney. One thing that I did notice, but they don't take account form is that Dh income cannot be deducted less than 50%. How do I help my husband????
