We went to supervised (by my family) for a while. Now that the allegations are considered founded, there is no way a judge is going to make those children see someone that supposedly abused them. That wouldn't be in their best interests. Everything was fine until the custody battle. My husband figured if he got out of the picture, their main reason for brainwashing them would be gone. So, it's done. The papers were signed by the judge on August 7th.

I had hoped that there was something somewhere that said there was still a chance for an appeal. I looked at the state statute, and there is none.

What fueled my fire was the fact that my husband could not have any contact with his siblings that were in foster care. We have since found out that once his mother regains custody, he will be able to. Just DSS doesn't allow such visitation on THEIR property.
