I am offering:
The attorneys’ signatures on this document is evidence of their intent that this document is a Rule 11 agreement and is enforceable upon filing with the Court. Tex.R.Civ.P.11.
1. Neither parent will have exclusive right to determine the residence; there will be a geographical restriction that REED will be confined to the geographical area encompassed in the Horn Elementary, corresponding middle school and high school for both parents and will not be moved from that school without the written permission of the parents filed with the Court or further court order.
2. A signed affidavit by CASSANDRA acknowledging receipt of previous informal child support payments for all informal child support paid by MICHAEL 3. Child support to be reduced by $300.00 month beginning September 1, 2007 and every month thereafter.
4. Formal written apology from CASSANDRA to MICHAEL for the allegation of child abuse by August 29, 2007.
5. Mr. agrees to forgo 5th weekends during the calendar year and add Monday to his scheduled period of possession beginning September 1st, 2007.
