As for your settlement - are you conceding anything with this offer? Or is this everything you wanted?

#2 - great, does this affidavit list by month or just lump sum received by Cassandra? I ask because in MT, CSED won't accept any affidavits that aren't broken down monthly.
#3 - Is this new amount the correct guideline amount? If not, I'd ask that she sign an affidavit agreeing that the deviation is in the childs best interests.
#4 - What do you gain from this? Wouldn't it be better to request an affidavit stating that the allegations were false and that she agrees to specific sanctions by the court if she takes similar actions in the future? JMHO, of course.
#5 - I don't understand why you're giving up the 5th. It's only 2 extra weekends a year, so why not keep them? Then just ask that she agree to change the definition of a "weekend" to include through Monday.
