Well, I see your point but this was on the fly. There are 4 fith weekends totalling 12 days. Excluding hollidays and the month in summer that leaves 8 months affected, or 16 days. I am gaining about 4 days, give or take. This is all in line with a full parenting plan, alternating weeks.My week starts on Wed to Monday. If accepted it would start Monday, off Tuesday, then Wedn to Monday Morning. Mom's would be the same but her off day would be Thursday
I asked my attorney about the deviation...she said if we agree then it is in stone. However, I worry that she will try to get it raised in the future...so, I just called my atorney on this one to try to keep her from being able to jack it up. My ex has exploited every angle to the maximum and she very well could.
