Mom decided aginst my offer and wants court. She is countering to have my time reduced because of th time on the raod. She says it is a danger for the drive to schoo, 1 hour in the morning, 40 minutes in the afternoon. Interesting argument...she is the one that moved. Furthermore, I have someone coming to testify that they drive their kids to town to go to private school.
