You say she stole things from you, but you can't "steal" a homestead. It sounds like you missed a court date and she took you to the cleaners. Never, ever miss a court appearance, and with as many possessions as you apparently had, I can't understand why you had no lawyer there. You don't "send" evidence. You show up in court with it with your lawyer by your side.
A police officer didn't do this. The court has ordered these things and they can't acquire your mother's possessions unless a court orders that too. I can't understand how you taking care of medical needs caused all of this. Nothing you are saying makes sense. Please slow down, turn off the capital letters and calmly tell your story.
