I just filed 3 motions today August 30, 2007: Change of Child Custody (clerk stated that there had been no custody established but reading between the lines of what the default judgement did state would refer to me as the custodial parent) but who knows...I filed for Sole physical custody and joint legal custody. Was this a mistake? Aslo, I filed a motion to increase child support from the default order and a motion for her to have supervised visitations because of this crazy stunt she has pulled. Does anyone know how residency works in California? She has our son in California and I am wondering how long it takes before they will consider him to be a resident.
