However, I don't think a homerun was hit. We hammered the no notice, multiple moves, different schoold, sex offenders in the area (by theway she had no clue about this...she was blind sided after saying she thouroughly checking out the areas).
The only witness she had acknowledged that she herself has had her kid in 3 schools in 5 years. She also acknowledged that if the kids dad was removed the kid would be fine. I looked at the judge and her demeanor changed on that one.
My attorney then asked her if she would be mad at a false child abuse accusation and she said "most definitely". She did not know about the one against me.
Judge has it under "advisement" and will rule Tuesday or Wednesday.
We did a good job of showing she was uncooperative, no notices, moved a lot, etc. I know judges keep a poker face so we will see.
