Hey...I hope someone has some insight. My ex is trying to relocate to Phoenix AZ. with our twin 4 and 1/2 yr old boys. We reside in Las Vegas NV currently. I have recovered from the initial blows of the divorce...about 2 years now and I recently remarried to an incredible woman who also has 2 children. She is one of the good ones who has a great relationship with her ex and has 50/50 and full equal parenting lifestyle. I am petionaing the court to attain more rights and time with my children I currently have joint legal and the physical custody is stated as shared but my decree claims the mom has primary physical. I understand that both titles cannot be used b/c there is a contradiciton..however the judge made this error. I would like more time with my kids..I have them about 35% of each week right now and would like to have more like 50. In the mean while she now is trying to relocate to AZ claiming that her "fiance" makes 6 digits a year and can support her so she can be a full time stay at home mom. Right now she only works when I have the kids....so when she has custody of them...she is a stay at home mom, but she wants it 24/7. She claims that my visitation schedule will not be hindered. Now mind you that I have the kids Mon through Wed night and Fridays. Once they start school next year...how will my existing pp be fulfilled. I work weekeds so I would not be able to see the kids at all during schoool time. Anyway..the judge ordered an evaluatin with a psychologist. Can anyone tell me the process of what happens now? How much weight does this bear on the judges decision? Any guesse on the odds of keeping the children here where I can go to after schoool activities and be part of their every day life? If she were to get pregnant now (the boys were saying mommy is giving them a sister) but it is not confirmed. How does this come into play as far as the judges decision? Any advise would be grateful
Thanks
