It sounds as if you have to prove why an alternative visitation schedule will not work. Add the days you have now to what is possible after the move. When school starts you would likely get all the summer but a couple weeks, every spring break, 1/2 winter break. It can add up to about 90 days.
Also, the new hubby is well off so I assume she is offering to pay all travel expenses and to pay for the needed escort for the plane. That is going to 4 round trip tickets for each visit (you need to be figuring these costs and using these to show why this won't work).
Also, if she's now loaded they should maybe offer to arrange at least 1 visit per month so you can have continued and on going frequent contact in addition to the extended visitation periods.
You need to have the facts and figures all ready to prove your case.

Psych evals are weighed heavily by the court. I imagine she has to do one soon also.
How long has she know this new man? Look for police reports also on both her and the new man.
