Well it was UGLY. My ex refused to turn the children over to me at the snd of timesharing. Our daughter was screaming abuse....none of which is true. I went to court and was granted an ex parte motion to remove the children from his care. My ex went crazy and the police called DCF. DCF had my ex removed from the house so they could interview the kids by themselves. Our daughter then told the truth. She said she was scared and felt like she had to go aling with her Dad. Well DCF told the police they saw no reason to uphold the judges order and that the kids were going home with me right now. My ex went crazy all over again, screaming, yelling, and came after me. I got away. DCF spoke with me later and said "What you saw outside paled in comparison to what went on inside....it was a blantent disreguard for the children's emotional well being" Lawyer is drawing up paperwork asking the court again for supervised visitation....he was on it before for drug use....and a psych eval. as we have had numerous issues with his erratic behavior in front of the children. ie...flipped out on the children's therapist and started yelling at the therapist an child during a session he set up...it got so bad he was forced to leave....there are other issues I could go on and on about...but that us where things stand.
