I hope the judge sees how important it is that he not be moved anymore and if that means staying with you, then so be it. It's such an adjustment. I know it made me much more withdrawn as a kid because I hated coming into a new school not knowing anyone. My parents moved one last time into the house they bought when I was in 11th grade(going on 12th). I paid, by myself, the tuition rates to stay in the high school I had been in, so for ONCE I could stay with people I knew. I didn't want to graduate with people I had no clue about, let alone go to a reunion years down the road and barely even remember anyone. It's so important and I do hope very much that your son will be able to have that kind of stability. Here's hoping the judge sees the light. =)
