Our son is 5 years of age. He is non verbal which means that he can not talk. It is very hard for children with autisim to adapt to change...but she fails to understand this and is being selfish as always. She has been taking calls from me but it doesn't really help being that I can not speak to our son...she clams to put me on speaker so that he can hear my voice for about a minute or two them clams that he has went on somewhere to play with her new boyfriend and two kids. I am not concerned with proving that our son has been here in Michigan all his life and here is where his best interest lies. I have all his files from birth until present. As well as emails and letters with us agreeing to this being just a summer vacation with return dates for our son. I hope that the judge does not think I was being to hard when motioning for what I did I may have reacted to quickly on fear of not seeing our son again. I do not have an attorney as of yet but I am working on it.
