My son's mother moved from her husband’s home to her mother's house way out (about a 3 hour drive one way) taking her 2 children with her. I wasn't able to see my son for 7 weeks. I have a visitation schedule in place and it was violated again making this the third time. After reaching out for answers, I found out there is a possibility she has a small brain tumor and suffers from postpartum depression. This comes after she had her husband's baby of about 6 months ago. My son's mother is trying to place him in school way out there. What can I do to get temporary or permanent custody of my son? I am worried about his well being since there have been a few postpartum situations go very bad in the few past years. What can I do?
