I think she is relying on the idea the court will not split up siblings. That is a strong argument in and of itself and holds weight. They tried to say I was an alcoholic (I drink 3 or 4 times a month, no kids around LOL) but had nothing to back that up with. I wanted to ask how her attorney's PI and misdemeanor assault charge was going.
Just kind of nervous. Any chance of cutting my time? I did testify it was dangerous to be on the road but our order has a 100 mile or less clause.
