I just received a call from my X wife’s current boy friends X wife (yeah I Know) and she informed me that by the end of the week he is going to be brought in for questioning on a sexual assault case that is being brought up against him (He had sex with a 13 year old girl 3 years ago) She told me this because she knows that I travel with my job quite a bit and wanted to make sure that I would be in town. My problem is I can’t do any thing until he is brought in for questioning B/C she was not supposed to tell me yet. My x owns her own home and he lives with her but he is not on the loan. Once he is brought in and arrested. Can I ask for emergency custody? Can she just tell the court that he is no longer living with her and continue to let my children live with her and her antics?
