1) petioner denied full conservator.
2) resondents motion for modification denied

4) Child residence restricted to the geo area of the current school. Neither parent residence determins school so child does not change school tract
5) Petioner has exclusive right to extra curricular activites in the spring
6) responent has exclusive right to extra curr activities in the fall
7) neither party to schedule events that will interfere with the avove granted right w/o explicit consent from the other parent
8)each parent to furnish all extra curricular information (schedule, coach, etc) within 5 days of registration
9) each party to pay 100% of the cost during the exclusive term of extra curricular activities
10) Petioner must be notified of any change in day care/after school/summer care and give in writing notice to the change
11) Ordered correct last name be used in ALL matters
