I agree but take what you can. There is a 1/2 brother where dad is not involved so that was a major factor. Courts put more weight on a 1/2 siblings influence than the parent. How many young adults go down the wrong path because a 1/2 brother was not always there...versus say a parent?

The only factor mom had over me was her residence designates school...that was taken from her. The school designats so I am moving there this weekend. She now has no more rights than me...except child support LOL and that ain't going anywhere.

I am going to start preparing for the next round as I know it will be here. Mom is way too unstable to keep in this area for the next 11 years.

Basically, the judge nailed her...she had no rationale for what she has been doing except to be a difficult parent. She acknowledged in court he was with me more than her. She acknowledged she moved many times, no notice, did not participate in his sports, etc. What could she say? Now it is on record she does it again (and she will) I will crucify her...I honestly hope she gets it this time but I doubt it.

My favorite part was whan my attorney asked "why did you move?". She responded it is a nice area..doctors, lawyers, CPA's, professionals live there unlike Clear Lake where mere lake people live there (we are 2 exits outside the Houston City Limits LOL). My attorney says "so, are you a snobby bitch". She replied uhhh, no. Then she asks "what is your level of education? She responded high school. My attorney then asks "oh, though prfessionals lived there...guess not" Ohhh she was pissed off LOL. I had to hold back the laughs!
