Thank you for your comments and compasion about my situation. I'm not passing blame I am simlpy trying to find answers. No we were never married and there is no visitation order and no child support order in place. I thought I had heard of an abandonment law that stated that after a 5 year period the missing parent would not be given visitation due to abandonment. If you know anything about this please let me know.
