ok so it is final as of August 31, adoption done, my criminal case dismissed, but still have to ask for a review from CPS to overturn the findings.
But she still can;t give up, my DH has not seen or been around the children since June 5 that he signed the forms to relinquish his parental and financial rights, well yesterday we get this certified letters (restricted dellivery so I can't sign for it) to DH from her and her hubby the attorney, one is a "criminal trespass warning" ((for what????)) I don;t know, pretty much saying they are warning him to not come in their gated community ??? which I am not sure if they can do that, I would think their residence ok but the gated community. Now not that DH is going to anyways but ,,,, and she continues saying if he does she will file criminal prosecution for trespass .....and she sent copy to the local police dept. (crazy B...)
the second letter is CS??? we had a rule 11 that stop all reponsibility from DH to pay any CS, medical or anyhting after he signed the forms to relinquish his rights and it says if not revoked by him (DH) in 10 days from signing pretty mych that was it, his atty told him to stop paying and cancell insurance as of June 5. Well he paid like almost 5 weeks more after that.
Well now she is sending this letter asking for CS owed till August 31, when the adoption was final with the court, or she will file contempt ????
Is she crazy, the rule 11 says it very clear and was filed with the court, he actually paid like 5 weeks even after the rule 11, so now what does she want.
It comes to show you that she can't stay out of his life, she has to keep it going even now that he has given up on all her and her husband's BS....
so what do you think ................
