well remember we got the two letters yesterday (see below) Today I check my mail and we have an envelope from CPS addressed to DH, I am thinking this is about the previous case from last year right, .....well wrong, this is the letter to notify my DH the findings from the investigation on him on 02-16-07 for emotional abuse on one of his kids, (the same one that we had all the previous investigations on, the one she manipulates) the letter is dated 08-24-07, the envelope dated 09-10-07 and they say there is "reason to believe it ocurred" I am like what??? so i read it again,and it is as it says, he was investigated without us or him EVER knowing it, (I am sure we know who is the reporter), remember I have been out of the picture in the kids life since January or Feb last year 2006. So now we have to contact the case worker and see what the hell is going on, and send the form to request records, and have an internal review................ Is this a dream >>>>>>>>>>
