I have to think that your are almost through with all this. All CPS could do is really keep him from seeing his kids, which is already in place. So in the larger scheme of things, maybe this last thing doesn't really matter.

The records would be good to get all the same. If she ever lies to say that he is stalking them and get a criminal case started, it will help to atleast know what is in those records.

Ever think about moving away. You can move and don't have tell her now. If she lies to try and get him in criminal trouble, if you're gone, then it's obviously a lie.

I would get as far away from that place as I could and start a new life. Something to think about.
