If you remove the child and file it will be denied. The county you live in now will have jurisdiction. You would need to file in the current county. Then, request permission to leave. However, keep in mind by removing the parent you are placing your child at future risk...higher riskd of teen pregnancy, drug use, drinking, etc. Studies show kids from one parent homes have higher risks of these issues.
Sure move away but be prepared for the side effects later.
