My ex and I have been fighting over our kids for about 3 years now. Our 1st Decree gave an off and on custody arrangement that was not good for stability for our kids. 2 Years ago we went back to court and we agreed on a new arrangement but her attorney failed to turn in the paperwork like he said he would.
Not to long ago I refieled for full custody due to problems our children have been having because of the things she did and is doing. When I went in I found out that he didnt turn that paperwork in. Should I go by the old decree since they said no decree was turned in or should I go by what we were going by for the last 2 years?
