Seeking Help, the problem is not the gender. The problem is that so much time has elapsed. I also question where you got your advice. Did a judge rule that she was "established" or just a lazy lawyer? How long did you wait to contest the move, if you even contested it through legal channels at all? If you had acted quickly upon her move you had the golden opportunity.

You didn't answer the main question, though. "Did she follow the order?"

That is the most important question at this point. Exactly what does your court order say? If his x is violating the court order you have many options. If he has no court order, things get messier, but you still have many options.

Does his court order say anything about his contact or "visitation" with the children? If so, exactly what does it say?
