What can you do if you want to move out of state and the child is 12 and says he would want to go with you and you have a 50/50 agreement? The child's mother works alot of crazy hours and never sees him. He spends about 70 percent of the time with us already as it is. Is there any hope to get custody to move out of state. We think I would be a better life out of CA.
