I am looking for information that could help me.
2.5 years ago, My expartner took my son to live in California from New Zealand. Obviously I was not happy about this, but I let her take him condition to an agreement that was drawn up and signed between us (no lawyers).
She has not lived up to any part of her agreement, has promised to return many times and failed to do so. I am now sick of her lies and wish to gain full custody of my son from half the world away..
Does anybody have any ideas or suggestions for me?
