There is an agreement in place that she has signed her name to that she is in breach of. This was never formally placed infront of the courts as things were reasonable amicable while she was here.
I have checked through the hage convention - she has been gone too long. They have no authority if the child has been removed for more than 12 months.
I am currently doing the shop around for lawyers to see what my best options are.
