Honestly HRUs, from what you've said, it would appear that you're the one doing the "managing" right now. Your court date was on August 30th right? The Judge said, "ya'll will do this and ya'll will not do that"...has she violated the verbal order since then?
Perhaps to avoid any "conflit" or possible misunderstanding...you should write a letter to the Judge and ask him to be more specific about Spring and Fall. Cite how your ex has signed the child up for basketball and that it ends March XX and how you feel that she is in violation of the order.
And speaking of the Final Order...why isn't it done yet...it's been 48 days? That puppy should have been kicked out the following week and in front of the Judge signed and in your pocket weeks ago.
