With the experiences I have had with my ex in matters like this it was necessary to file a contempt complaint. some men and women have to be made to comply with the court orders and this sounds like the only way you are going to force her to comply is to file an immediate contempt complaint. let the judge know exactly what she has done and demand she be forced to comply. sure you son may want the baseball but it should have been you that did the signing up not her. thi is not being petty it is enforcing the orders. the reason you took her to court was to get calirification and this proves she will not willingly comply, the judge needs to know this. This proves she is refusing to cooperate. with my second wife I had to go to court 9 times in one year before the judge finally kicked her butt. every time I went to court the judge increased my visitation by a few hours per month. the last time I went to court the judge increased my visitation to 6 consecutive 24 hour periods per week and let her maintain custody for one day per week. the next time one year later he changed custody and terminated her visitation and issued a bench warrant for her arrest.
