I hope you get some good advice here, but unfortunately I'm not the man to give it to you regarding US law.
However, I want to support you as best I can with a few kind words and to say the fact that you are having to face this difficult situation winds me up.
So many of us fathers are excluded from our children having done nothing that may hurt them, simply because their mother wishes it that way and forces the child to choose. When we hear of fathers who appear to be behaving badly as you describe it just makes the system seem more unfair and crazy to us, as I hope you'll appreciate.
If your courts will not listen to you then all those of us who campaign for fathers rights are getting it wrong if we make matters worse for you legally (in fact it is parental rights I'm calling for at least, where there is no question of abuse).
I hope that made sense and good luck, you shouldn't have to face your child getting neglected whilst she's away from you, and it goes without saying they shouldn't have this happen to them.
