My ex wife has basically become homeless for the past month, after 4 years post divorce and receiving a very good chunk of cash ($200,000) and living carelessly. We have 50/50 custody and she is basically ignoring her time with the kids saying she has no where to stay, therefore I am picking up the time and responsibility. Do I have any recourse to take her to court for primary custody of our children or should I hold tight to see where she lands? What should I do?
