The Hauge convention will return him to California where a new Custody hearing would take place.
I would assume that the 1st custody hearing would be why he was out of the country in the 1st place.
I would make it my clear intention during any and all trials that my aim was to have him with me in New Zealand. I doubt a second trial so shortly after the 1st would change a sensilbe coursts mind.
