My husband and his ex share twins- they were never married. My husband has had full physical custody for over 5 yrs now. they sahre legal. I also posted the message about the driving ? so now i have another question... The mom is asking us for copies of our insurance cards... which normally would be fine...BUT in the past she has used our medical insurance for friends and their kids and herself. the kids can go to any dr.office and any hospital with our insurance. we have offered to give her the info off the cards- but the actual cards have everyone is our home on it. i do NOT want her abusing that info again... should we just give her the info? or let her take us to court for the card? cuz honestly that is the only way she will ever see the actual card itself. id rather a judge make us give it to her. are we being unreasonable? what would a judge do in that kind of situation? please help?!?!?!
