I party disagree with the courts because the "standard" of the child's change of circumstance don't apply because of the original reasons of the 3rd party was granted custody, which was the parents' inability to provide for the child.

However, given that the parent has not requested ANY additional parenting time over years or upon his change in circumstances, I don't think that custody should have been granted since the grandparents were not moving.
