Se know that while high, divorce ratesare coming down but more than ever kids are out of wedlock. Question is, how do you promote as near traditional rearing as possible...dad EOW and mom have 80% responsibility, or in some cases reverses? It is not fair to either party...dad is denied ghis right as a parent, mom assumes most all responisbilities...
