I recently was reported a run away by my mom on Halloween even though she knew where I was and everything. I made the choice to give my son to his dad til I had everything figured out. Well I found out he had a plan worked out with my mom and had gotten a temp full custody til court. My mom is finally giving me the option to move out, but if I move in with someone who has stuff on her record, but has her own daughter with full custody what can happen? Will I actually get him back if I continue going to school, counseling, and get a job?
