we'll see where this lawsuit goes. I would guess probably nowhere, because the (non-family) court will simply punt it back to family division instead of addressing the merits of the claim.
I hope this millionaire dad can find some justice, but even if he did, we still come back to the idea that the judicial system is primarily available only to the rich. Of course, if he doesn't find justice, we'll all know why.
Pretty cynical opinion, but that's all I have for now.
