about 3 months ago me and my Girlfriend of 5 years broke up. We have a daughter who just turned 3. She is well educated on the laws of child custody and almost everything concerning it. Well she eventually took me to court for our daughter and we were sent to a mediator. for someone who will help us to diperse our time evenly. well 2 weeks ago i went out and since she found out she has been doing nothing but making hell for me to see my daughter. What can i do cause she never finalized the mediators papers and there are no other orders in place I just want to see my daughter
