I set him up with a guy in San Diego who is in the know on these issues. He's going to an attorney today. I've forwarded much of the same advice on countering her claims and using the false charges against her as much as possible. He's getting his ducks in a row and, fortunately, there were other parents there when the alleged incident took place.
