I know in the cases I was in the opposing attorney nade emergency motions and got us in court within 5 business days. kinda sucked. Due to the fact he served the paperwork to a minor who didn't let me know.(I found out two days later) By then it was Friday and the hearing was on monday. Of course that was custody issues and not TRO issues. I'm curious if the same judge presides over the case? If not would it be prudent to notify that judge to intervien? As in one of the cases in another thread doesn't this action show defiance in the original custody agreement that can be shown?
