Im truely afraid of my daughters father and the courts wont listen to me when i file papers after papers for 10 years . Father cried for his rights at begening got visits but doesnt use them .. He comes around maybe once every two years .. or twice and each time has not only violated the orders but refused to return my daughter home .. i have her now and he is nowhere again for almost a year now .. he never paid child support but in calif. its handled seperate from custody :( .. his address is unknown to both me and the courts .. but they will not terminate his rights . The home i rented is now forclosing giving me and my daughter 30 days to move .. I wanna go to another state where my daughter and i have family , support and where we are able to buy a home . Does anyone know what the child abandoment laws are in Califoria ? .. Cause this court here seems to be acting like they dont exsist . If i leave the state , will i just be a resident there ? ... im soo confused ..I dont wanna loose my daughter to someone she doesnt know .. and her be without everyone she loves soo deeply . the father has lied in court when i was able to have him served several times and said he hasnt visited because i denighed his rights , but im not .. please help us be happy someone we just wanna live our lives in peace without a monster playing cruel vicious games that knows this system and abuses it well ..
